NAIDOC celebration at Nabiac Public School 2017
NAIDOC Day 2017 saw all our students listen to special guests, including Elliot Stewart (Uncle Ness), talk about the significance of the celebration. We had Elders as our special guests as well. The Elders and staff enjoyed morning tea and then went to classrooms to participate in some activities. These included making loom wristbands, painting and drawing turtles.
